A resident of Blagoveshchensk. On social networks, he opposed Putin and the "United Russia". Has a positive attitude towards the USSR and supports military actions against Ukraine. On 31 March 2025, he was prosecuted for public justification of terrorism because of his comment about "shell hunger". No later than 2 April 2025, Shevchuk was placed in custody. On 22 September 2025, he was sentenced to three years in a general regime colony.
