Resident of Togliatti. Since early spring 2022, his house has been searched twice. In September 2022, he was detained, and the prosecution requested remand in custody, but the court chose to suspend him as a preventive measure. On 29 February 2024, Chagan was sentenced to eight years in a general regime colony.
