A resident of Petrozavodsk. In August 2022, he was detained after a search in the case of "fakes" about the Armed Forces. He said that during the search in the case of "fakes", officers put a gun to his neck. The court chose a measure of restriction in the form of prohibition of certain actions. On 29 February 2024, Poghosyan was sentenced to six years in strict regime prison.
Previously, Poghosyan had served his sentence in different colonies in Karelia. He said that he was subjected to torture. A criminal case was initiated against the staff of Prison-9.
